May Month Goals -- > Which ones I made & which...
Lose 8 lbs —> not met, lost 6 lbs.
Lose 3 inches off of my waist —> not met, lost half an inch
Start running at least half a mile every other day. —> made it. i run 2-4 miles every other day
Work out at the gym 3 days a week. —> made it, i try to work out 4-5 days a week.
Do 25 situps a day. —> made it, 50 - 100 sit-ups a day :)
Build enough...

it’s been like 5 days since i’ve workout and i definitely feel the difference. i started school this week and i’ve been pretty busy with other things, i haven’t really been making the time for working out. tomorrow that’s going to change! i will be back at. now i have been walking long distances so that’s good but it’s not the same as my rigorous workouts...
