i feel so bad for not updating as much guys.
sorry for being so m.i.a. these 1st 2 weeks of school for medical assisting have been stressful and hectic but i think i got a good grasp of things. but anyways, i have been trying to keep up with my healthier lifestyle. i eat breakfast every morning, fruits and veggies are my snacks and go with every meal and i still drink lots of water. i haven’t been able to make it to the gym as much...
