Songtress Cymphonique Miller may have a famous dad (hip hop mogul Master P) and a gorgeous brother (Romeo Miller), but the 16 year old has proven that she can shine outside of the shadows of her famous family. In a recent interview with Ink Spot 26, the star of How to Rock (Nickelodeon) shares which exercises she does to stay in shape:
“I’ve been kickboxing since I was 8 years old, and when I was 12, I really got into the tournaments for kickboxing, and I went to PTA nationals. So before I really got into the entertainment industry, I was doing more kickboxing tournaments. But I’m working on an action film right now where I actually get to utilize my kickboxing skills. It’s great for your legs, your calves, everything.” - Cymphonique

ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone.
These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas!
Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!
You also have to be eating clean and doing your cardio-remember you can only spot-tone, not spot-reduce :)

Y’all probably wondering WTF, but i wanted to clear my mind and get my exercise in all at the same time so I decided to walk from my job in Richmond Heights to my house in Cleveland (about a 20 minute drive in the car). I thought it was going to be a lot worse than it was, but i’m actually fine. the only thing that sucked was walking in flip flops. (i’ll invest in some nikes ASAP) and the fact that i didn’t eat that much. surprisingly enough, hungry pains did not strike while i was on my way home. but on a good night, it felt really good to clear my mind and listen to beyonce. also i burned like 1,100 calories too lol smh. i was so hungry and tired when i got home. i just fixed me a plate of porkchops, mac & cheese, salad, and green beans then i passed out. then my midnight snack was a big thing of strawberries. but otherwise, it was a great day for exercise but a terrible day for eating enough calories. guess you win some and you lose some. i won’t give up though. i’ll get this on track.
