Songtress Cymphonique Miller may have a famous dad (hip hop mogul Master P) and a gorgeous brother (Romeo Miller), but the 16 year old has proven that she can shine outside of the shadows of her famous family. In a recent interview with Ink Spot 26, the star of How to Rock (Nickelodeon) shares which exercises she does to stay in shape:
“I’ve been kickboxing since I was 8 years old, and when I was 12, I really got into the tournaments for kickboxing, and I went to PTA nationals. So before I really got into the entertainment industry, I was doing more kickboxing tournaments. But I’m working on an action film right now where I actually get to utilize my kickboxing skills. It’s great for your legs, your calves, everything.” - Cymphonique
